In the Lounge there is a gas fire, tv with built in freeview and a fold out sofa double bed.
Kitchen has kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with a small freezer compartment and gas cooker. Cutlery, plates etc and saucepans are provided.
Bathroom has a large shower, sink and toilet also heating.
Double bedroom has double bed that lifts for extra storage, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, dressing table with mirror and 3 draws; also heating.
2 Twin bedrooms first twin bedroom has 2 single beds that can be moved to make another double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and over head storage with heating. 2nd twin room has 2 single beds again able to make another double bed, wardrobe and overhead storage with heating.
Gas and Electric will be included in the price. There is a gas safety check done every year and the electrics is PAT safety checked. Smoke alarm fitted and fire extinguisher in the kitchen.
Duvets and Pillows are provided however, you will need bed linen, towels and tea towels.
