Situated on a prime pitch at the
5 star award winning Northcliffe & Seaview Holiday Park.
Our deluxe 6 berth caravan is a real home from home.
At 32 x 12 it has a really spacious feel.
The caravan benefits from blown air gas central heating & double glazing. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas 1 of which converts into a double bed.
Outside the caravan has a wooden decked verandah with ramp access & patio furniture.
The caravan has 2 bedrooms, 1 with twin beds & the other with a double. Both bedrooms have good wardrobe space and the double bedroom has a hairdryer.
The separate kitchen area is fully equipped with full size cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster & kettle.
For convenience the shower room and toilet are separate.
For your enjoyment we have provided a 20in colour TV, Sky TV
Receiver, DVD & Video player with a selection of DVDs, videos, board games & playing cards.
With safety in mind we have gas & electric safety certificates, smoke detector, fire extinguisher & first aid kit.
So that you can enjoy your holiday from the moment you get here we�ll make sure that the beds are made ready for you and that there�s tea, coffee, milk & sugar to enjoy a cuppa after your journey.

Please note that no dogs are allowed on the park & that the caravan is no
smoking.
