This is our spacious luxury , 3 bedroom, 8 berth, 2 toilet/shower, cosalt eclipse caravan, with central heating and double glazing, and has a 24’x8’ veranda with patio furniture. It is 37ft x 12ft and comfortably sleeps 6, + double fold out bed in the lounge. Bed 1 has a double bed with en-suite toilet & shower, hairdryer & hide away portable t.v/dvd bed 2 has twin beds, bed 3 also has twin beds, 1 of which can fold up to make room for a travel cot, there is also a toilet & shower at this end of the caravan. The lounge area has comfortable seating, with an ‘Adam style’ fireplace there is a colour t.v, freeview, DVD/video, radio/cd player & ps2. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size gas cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, sandwich maker & health grill, there is also a separate fridge & freezer. An iron & ironing board, travel cot & bed guard are also provided. The caravan is situated in cedar court which is a premier pitch in a quite area of the park but still close to all amenities The caravan is used mainly by us [the owners] for most of the year and is therefore kept to a high standard, giving home from home comfort it is available to non-smoking, pet free, families on selected dates. Entertainment passes are included in the price. This is a NO SMOKING caravan and strictly NO PETS.
