Our luxury caravan to let is a Gold Standard, Willerby Winchester, 38'x12', UPVC double glazed, gas central heated static caravan.
It comfortably sleeps 8 people and has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. There is also a pull out double bed in the lounge.

In the lounge there is a 28" widescreen TV, DVD player, video player, Freeview box and also a CD player/radio combi. All the furniture in the lounge and dining area is freestanding and there is ample seating. The area is heated by a gas fire and radiators. For the "odd" rainy day here is a slection of books, DVDs, CDs, board games and cards.

All rooms are gas centrally heated by radiators.

The shower room has a full size shower, wash basin, toilet, vanity mirror and shaver point. There is also a second separate toilet.

The well appointed and well equipped kitchen is fitted with a gas oven, grill and 4 burner hob, a full size fridge, and a full size freezer. Also provided is a microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle and blender. All crockery, food preparation and eating utensils are provided. You name it - it's there!! An initial supply of fresh milk, tea, coffee and sugar are supplied.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, cupboards, drawers, vanity mirror, radiator and a colour television. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin single beds, wardrobes, cupboards, drawers, vanity mirror and radiator. Linen is provided, except towels, and beds will be made up.

Car parking is on the road at the front of the caravan or in the marked parking bays on the tarmac area at the side. No parking on the grass.

Heating, cooking and hot water are by bottled gas, and there are always two large gas bottles connected. The electricity, water and sewage are connected to the mains. All gas and electrical eqipment are safety tested annualy and certificates available in the caravan.

All utilities are included in the rent.
