35 ft x 10ft and has 3 bedrooms.

Our luxury caravan sleeps 6 in 3 bedroom (1 double, 1 twin, and 1 bunk).

Our caravan comes fully equipped with all the appliances/features listed above.

New for the 2009 season is a DVD player and assorted DVDs , X box and assorted games,
portable TV/Video and also Freeview in main bedroom.

Outside is the usual garden furniture, as well as a garden bench, BBQ, sun loungers, paddling pool and a small tent for the children to play in during the day, and also a windbreak to keep you sheltered if it is a bit breezy when you are lying on our sun loungers.

All bedding is provided, plus extra blankets and heaters for the cooler weather.

A travel cot and bedding plus a highchair is also provided if needed.
