Lovely 8 birth caravan which sleeps 6 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 people in the pull out double in the living room.

The master bedroom consists of a double bed, two double wardrobes, dressing table with stool, hairdryer and electric shaver point.
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has off-set bunks and also a desk with stool.
The shower room also consists of a toilet and wash basin.

ALL ROOMS HAVE HEATING!

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to enjoy your stay, including oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven.
The lounge has a gas fire, A 19" digital tv & dvd player with a selection of dvd`s, there are also some games and a selection of childrens books. The Seating area is plentiful covering two complete sides of the caravan and a good size dining table with stools.
A fire extinguisher and smoke alarm are also in the kitchen.

The only things you need to bring are bath towels, slippers & Yourselves!

We even supply tea towels!

Gas, Electricity and Water are all included in the price.
We have just revamped this caravan with brand new electrical goods including... 19" HD Flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD/DIV-X Player, Microwave oven, Toaster, Vacuum cleaner, Iron & Ironing board and brand new bedding.

This is my mothers caravan which we all use as our holiday home, please bare this in mind and treat it with respect. please ensure to treat the caravan with respect, thank you.
One well behaved pet is welcome for a small charge of £20, please ensure to read park rules regarding certain breeds of dogs.

There is a large area where your dog can exercise and some lovlely walks along the beautiful cliffs.

Please adhere to the strict no smoking policy inside the caravan.
Entertainment passes are not included but are available at reception.

FOR OFF SEASON 3-4 DAY MIDWEEK / WEEKEND BREAKS PLEASE INQUIRE. FULL WEEKS ONLY IN SEASON.

Prices change from week to week and vary between £175.00 - £450.00.
