This caravan is a Primula Gold modern well equipped and kept to a very high standard. It has 2 bedrooms with a comfortable sitting area and a seperate dining area. There is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There is a seperate toilet with basin and shower. Adjoining the master bedroom there is an En-suite toilet with hand basin. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils. There is also a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, grill, kettle and toaster.

As a privately owned caravan we have a far greater inventory than the standard John Fowler rental caravans and can offer lower rental rates. Items such as the flat screen T.V.with iPod docking station, DVD's, books and games are all here for you to use and enjoy. We are lucky enough to have decking adjoining our caravan onto which we have put a table and chairs for your use.

Included in the price is all gas, electricity, complex and entertainment passes. The duvets and pillows are all provided for your use, however you will need to supply your own bed linen and towels.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required within 5 working days from point of booking to secure your holiday. Full payment is due no later than 4 weeks prior to your arrival. For bookings within the 4 week period full payment must be made at point of booking.

Trelawne Manor Holiday Park is set in the attractive landscaped grounds of a stately manor house. With plenty to do both on the Park and in the surrounding area, you're sure of a memorable holiday for all the family.

Take a dip in the heated indoor pool or cool off in the glorious heated outdoor pool with its fun spiral flume. Under 5's will have a great time in our Rompers Playroom, whilst all the children can join in the fun and games of the Foxy Club.

Visit Looe only 2 miles distant, a lovely Cornish fishing village famous for shark fishing. Why not explore Polperro 1½ miles away, a quaint old fishing village with 'olde-worlde' shops, pubs and cafes. Not to be missed is the Eden Project, a great day out for all the family.
