caravan hire Devon Cliffs, Sandy Bay, Exmouth

Surrounded by the wonderful Devon countryside. In a spectacular hillside setting, on top of the cliffs overlooking Sandy Bay, Devon Cliffs has action and holiday fun for everyone. Direct access to the site’s own sandy beach, or enjoy a dip in one of the pools in the superb indoor and outdoor water complex. Three sun-trap patios, flume and toddlers pool with mini-slides and a water tower, also a multi-lane slide. A magnificent park that feels more like a top resort, plus great shows, comedy and live music every night in the Family Entertainment Centre. You will find it the ideal location for the perfect family holiday.

Accommodation
The caravan is 12ft wide, has a double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms, plus an additional double bed which can be made up in the lounge area. You will find a cot rail provided in one of the twin rooms. The caravan is very well equipped, including a colour TV, video, microwave, full cooker and fridge. Duvets, blankets and pillows. Included-Use of digital TV & VIDEO-Gas-Electricity-microwave.

NOTE: You will need to bring your own duvet covers, flat sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. ALL breakages MUST BE REPLACED and notified to us on your return. Your caravan is available from 3.00pm on your day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure to enable it to be made ready for the next occupants. We respectfully ask that you treat the caravan with care and look after it for us!

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN OUR CARAVAN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Entertainment Passes
In addition to the caravan hire cost, Haven charge a fee for entertainment passes. If you wish to use the facilities on the park you will have to purchase the passes. Payment is made directly to the park after full payment for the caravan hire has been made to us. If you do not wish to use the facilities you do not have to pay the membership fee though the form will need to be sent off in confirmation.

Booking & Payment Terms
1. Bookings are from 3.00pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10.00am on the Saturday of departure.
2. The accommodation shall be used ONLY by the persons listed overleaf, unless permission for alteration has been given by the owners.
3. In the interest of hygiene NO PETS of any kind are allowed, under ANY circumstances.
4. We do not accept bookings from single sex parties under 21 years of age.
5. If in the opinion of the site manager, any party is guilty of behaviour or conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, the owners or Site Manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.
6. The accommodation must be left clean and tidy, ready for the next occupants. Any breakages to fixtures, fittings, furniture or utensils etc must be paid for.
7. The balance of the hire charge is payable 42 days (6 weeks) before the date of the holiday.
8. The passes if required are £120 per caravan for peak weeks(3rd April- 17th April, 1st May- 8th May, 22nd May- 29th May, 17th July- 4th Sept, 23rd Oct- 30th Oct), £89 for off peak weeks(all other dates). For 2 people or 2 people with children under 3 it's £60 peak and £40 off peak.


CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a booking being cancelled, the owners will endeavour to re-let the periods) concerned, your deposit is not returnable. If due to the lateness of the cancellation, or any other reason beyond the control of the owners, the reservation is not re-let you will be responsible for the whole of the hire fee already paid.

BOOKINGS AND PAYING
You can make a provisional booking over the phone, any telephone booking should be confirmed with a deposit within SEVEN days. Bookings are only confirmed when we receive your deposit of £50 per week (or £100 if peak week) with a booking form completed with details of each member of the party. For bookings made 42 days or less from the start of the holiday, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your deposit will be returned in full if we are unable to accept your booking.

IF THE BALANCE OF THE HIRE FEE IS NOT RECEIVED 42 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF YOUR HOLIDAY, WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE ACCOMMODATION, WHICH MAY THEN BE RE-LET.
